Me and my husband is going to submit the I-130 from Egypt and we have some questions about the attached documents

1- we got our marriage contract from Egypt and we are sitting there but I read on the American embassy site that I need to get the contract of marriage notarized at the embassy first to be able to use it in USA but when I went to the embassy the agent there told me that I don't need to, so what should I do now? should I use it without being notarized or what?

2- we are including our joint lease as evidence for being together and we notarized it at the real estate in Egypt, should I register in in the foreign affairs or I can use it like that?

3- for the photo copies, should it be in the original colors of the document or black and whit is okay?

Thanks, and waiting for responses.

1. We didn't get our marriage certificate notarized at the embassy. We read the same thing on the American embassy website but we ran out of time, didn't get it notarized and everything turned out fine.

3. Black and white copies are ok.
