Tomorrow is my wife's Interview, Does she need a new set of NBI for her inteview, Im so worried right now if this will make her to have a 221g. the date of her NBI issuance was July 3,2012. so its only 2 month old. anyone have experienced this?

no problem the NBI is valid for 1 year,,

yeah she needs an aka for her name when she was single..and if she was previously married too and annulled she also needs that

you need an NBI w/ AKA if your:

- Married

- Annulled

- had a name correction from your BC (spelling error)

- and other name used if had multiple marriage/annulment

Her NBI clearance is correct. The format is MAIDEN NAME, de MARRIED NAME, FIRST NAME y MIDDLE NAME. She needs an AKA if she had used for example, Perly in legal documents aside from Perla.
