I am just testing how to prepare for the next step of electronic processing.

I followed the instructions I found on this forum (NVC Electronic Processing) to fill out some forms (DS-3032, I-864, DS-230) and then print them to a PDF using the freeware CutePDF. Unfortunately all the PDFs I created ended up being empty (just had a short error message inside) :crying: . When I printed the form to a printer it worked fine  . Also - printing other files (WORD, EXCEL or PDF) that were not government forms, with CutePDF to PDF format, worked just fine.

Does anybody know if the government recently built in security into these forms, so they determine if they get printed to PDF rather than a physical printer and wipe the output form? If yes, is there any way to circumvent that?

Thanks a ton .... :help:

Aren't the government forms already in pdf format? When I try to print a pdf form to cute pdf, it doesn't work. You just need to save the form as a pdf, if it's already pdf. Seems with different government forms I get different results. Some I can save, and change later. Some can only save once permanantly. Some cannot save at all.
