Greetings everyone!

I just received my AOS bill and other documents from the NVC. I noticed however that my wife's name is still listed as her Maiden name in the address block. All the documentation up to this point from the USCIS (I-130, NOA1 and NOA2) have correctly identified my wife using her married name. My wife filled out and e-mailed the NVC her DS-3032 but she used her married name.

I called the NVC and had them fix a minor address problem but I was told the only way to have her name updated was to have my wife get a new passport and send a copy to the NVC. However, the CSR did say they didn't have any problem continuing to process the application using her maiden name as that was what was on her current passport.

My question, for those of you with experience dealing with the US Embassy in Manila, will continuing to process the petition using her maiden name cause any problems further down the road as we get closer to filing the DS-230 and her interview?
