Hello Everyone

I am a prospective US citizen (my wife is sponsoring me). I worked in Oman for a year (2010 to 2011). I am getting married next month and want to start my processing immediately. I have a question if you guys can please help me.

1). I know I need a PCC from Oman as I stayed there for more than a year. I already bought it last month, thinking that, Just in case if I would need it in future. If I get married next month it would take another year or so to be able to use this Police certificate at the consulate. So, How long is the certificate valid for? will the consular accept the police clearance which I have bought now?

Note: I have no plans of moving back to Oman or anywhere, until I complete my US immigration.

Pls Help!! coz It is tedious to get a police certificate again from Oman.
