How did you get residence in the US and when ? If you got your green card from your ex , there is a 5 years wait from that date before you can petition someone else.

I have been a US citizen since I was a kid and I didn't obtained through my Ex, so this shouldn't be an issue for me. Thanks for following up though.

Question guys if I would just send my W-2 without the full tax transcript. Would that be okay ? I mean it shows my yearly income and that's what they care about. Right ?

No. You need either a complete tax return with W2 or a tax return transcript for 2011 at minimum and the income information from 09 and 10 as well. You can document "current income" with a pay stub. No shortcuts here.
