Ok so my AOS Interview is on the 13th and seeing as how the big day gets closer, the stress has begun!!! :dead: I need to know if there is anything else that i can bring that I'm missing and that I'm able to come up with. Here's a list of what i have so far for evidence of a bona fide Marriage.

- After we got married my wife flew out to Mexico to meet my family, I do not have the Itinerary anymore, However we still have her Boarding passes, The stamp of entrance from the Mexican authorities on her passport and last but definitely not list, Pictures of her with my family(Mom,sister, aunts and grandma)

- Joint checking/savings account that we opened shortly after getting married. I also have a personal checking/savings account that i've had for a few years(before we met). I'm printing statements for the past 6 months.

- Car Insurance since last year with both our names on it.

- We are both still in school and we requested a copy of both Emergency contact, Listing both as each other's contact.

- Cell Phone bill since last year with both our names on it.

- Joint Costco membership (same account different cards)

- Receipts for Hotel rooms, Camping reservations,Gifts,HDTV,Bed,Dinner confirmation(1st anniversary),Birthday dinner comfirmation,Tickets confirmation for the Monterey Bay aquarium, Reservations for a Kayaking trip we went to a couple of months ago,Movie tickets purchase.

- Cards and letters we wrote to each other on (Birthdays, anniversary, valentine's day,Christmas), as well as cards we received from Family and friends. Also a couple of mail correspondence addressed to our house.

- Since i received my EAD a couple of weeks ago, I already applied for my SSN as well as Driver's license. Both of our Driver's license have the same address

- Plane tickets we bought to fly to Mexico, assuming and hoping we are approved on the spot. Now i know i probably should have waited to purchase the tickets but I got them for cheap and i did pay an extra 15 on each to be able to change the dates at no additional charge. They call the add-on More Flexibility.

- Over 200 photos already in a album, showing us with friends and family during Holidays, birthdays, camping and so on.

- We have about 5 Affidavits of a bona fide marriage, signed by her Mom, step dad, my dad, my aunt and a couple of friends. I read somewhere that too many Affidavits is overkill and we definitely don't want that, so maybe just bring a couple.

- Because when we got married last year (05-05-11) we didn't tell many people, we went to a tattoo shop and had our wedding date and each other's initial tatted on our inner lip. It was and it has been our little secret . We have photos of it at the tattoo shop. Now obviously everyone knows we are married and accepted our relationship welcoming me into her family and vice versa

As for what we don't have!!!

- We don't have jobs, actual jobs anyways(long story) she helps to take care of an elder family friend and gets paid in cash and i help my dad with his trucking business sometimes. So we can't provide pay stubs.

- We live at home with my dad and brother, the lease is on my dad's name. He is my sponsor!

- No life/Health Insurance

I think that regarding the evidence to prove your bonafide relationship you are pretty much set. Me and my husband didn't have jobs at the time of the interview or a lease on our name. As you can see we were approved even without that. But all cases are different and it all depends on the immigration officer. I wish you two the best of luck, I'm sure you will be fine!
