Hi Friends,

My fiancee dad is our co- sponsor and he sent us his three year tax return. He filed electronically his tax returns and forms 1040 didn't have his signature.

Do we need to ask him to sign and then send us again?

What is best idea ? staple forms or use paper clip or nothing?

Usually with the printed copies there is room to sign it at the bottom. He can also request his tax return transcripts online from the IRS and fax it over to you. No signitures required. http://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Order-a-Transcript (he must ask for "tax return" transcript not "account transcript". He will receive it in 5 to 10 business days and then he can fax it. He can order it for free for the past 3 years.
