hello Vj members, im freaking out right now because we preparing sending the I-130 petition,i just find out that we only have COPIES of divorce decree to include in I-130 because the Certified copies of my divorce decree i gave to my wife...my question..is this may cause RFE if we only send copy of my divorce decree in I-130 package?..does anyone there send only copies of divorce decree and do not receive RFE?...please help USwacko.gif

you can ask ur wife to scan the original copy and send it email then print it,its okay, all the documents we sent are just copy. my fiancee doesn`t have the original,but i have them and we got our NOA2 yesterday,no RFE. make sure its complete. it will be fine...

Make sure the stamp from the court is on it...I got an RFE for that...I forgot to copy the stamp on the backside of the decree. Photocopy is fine for the petition. Make sure the original stamped (the way you get it from the courthouse) one is available for the interview.

Removal of conditions Journey

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.

Make sure the stamp from the court is on it...I got an RFE for that...I forgot to copy the stamp on the backside of the decree. Photocopy is fine for the petition. Make sure the original stamped (the way you get it from the courthouse) one is available for the interview.

thanks for the quick answered,really appreciated because we really worried about RFE,as much we could, we do not like RFEno0pb.gif
