just a little back ground... I am a US citizen living in Indiana... This past June, I was married in Belize to a lady who is a citizen of that country... after returning I sent in the I-130 packet and it has been received.

my wife already has a visitors visa and has visited the states many times. As it stands right now, she is planning on a week visit at the end of the month and another visit in December...

I've did a little reading and it seems that the burden is on us to show that her intent is to return to Belize at the end of her visit? Is this Correct??? and if so, what should we provide to show this intent?? Would her flight itinerary and a letter from the hospital she works for showing that she is in fact on vacation and still employed be enough?

There are no guarantees... The best advice is too be honest with CBP.. show everything you can... Hope for the best.

Good news is the track record from previous visits...

I just called CBP, and confirmed everything I have been hearing... trying to get a strait answer was like trying to nail Jello to a tree

I hate this uncertainty!
