does it matter what kind of money order you get?

Just the final question before we resubmit. we are not sending a cheque this time, we are going to send a money order to make sure funds are cleared. Just a question, does it matter where i get them from? I was going to use western union as you can check the status of the money order over the phone. probably a stupid question, but i wanted to make sure you didnt have to use a usps money order or anyting specific?
