I need advice on filing out some forms with I-485 (AOS). I just got recently got married and I am about to adjust my wife to eventual permanment resident. She has 2 boys which are still overseas but was included in the orginal petition (I-129F). I hope to bring them here within the 6-9 months after me wife begans to work. I have a few questions. On the I-485, I included the boys name on the form:

1) I-864: Do I include the boys names on Part 3, question 9? They listed on the petition I filed during the K-1 visa process.

2) I-131 (Application for Travel Document) Can we file this form no along with the I-485 and I-765 eventhough she is in process of getting residence status adjust and we don't the possible exact date she might travel to deal with her sons K-2 visa?

I just want to make sure I fillout all the forms correctly!

Thanks for any advice!

Michael
