I assume this is the appointment letter since your petition has been approved. I am not sure if they do or not. I think they probably do though. They use 2GO to send the visa, but if they used 2GO(or another courier) for the letter, I would think that it would arrive much sooner. I have read from some members that they didn't even receive the letter until after their interview. :wacko: You can get the interview instructions from the embassy website though. most of the time those letters doesnt even get delivered till later, i got mine when im already here in the states lol...if you already have your manila case number and know that your packet is already at USEM your fiance can go ahead with the medical, pay her visa fee and sched her interview
