Hi there, me and my fiance are a bit lost on where to send the I-129F since there has been a lot of changes over the time. My fiancee is from Minnesota, which Service Center should we send it? Nebraska is closest to Minnesota but doesn't seem to be accepting K1 petitions. There is also Dallas Lockbox but both of my friends told me that it has to be sent either in California or Vermont. Where should we send it? Please help!

The Dallas lockbox, they will forward it to either California or Vermont. That is how it is done now.

What happens if we send it directly to California? Its too late for changes now, my letter of intent to marry signed and dated and everything which has address on it was addressed to California. I am from the Philippines, i can not make a new letter or certification and send it again and go through the same process. Will it be a ground for denial already?

The address on the letter of intent makes no difference. SEND IT TO THE DALLAS LOCKBOX If you do not it will bounce around in the dead letter bin for a while and then be returned to you. There have been several cases of this already, the old California address is no longer in effect. The Vermont Service Center has been moved to Essex Jct, VT, what do think happens if you send something to an empty building in St Albans,VT? If you have already sent it, there is nothing for you to do but wait. Not following the directions results in delays, every time.

if you have not sent it yet, DO NOT SEND IT TO CALIFORNIA
