How do you do that. I booked online. Can you reschedule online? Is that possible? Or do you have to phone them? Can I phone them or only my fiance who is going for the interview? Pls educate me because I'd LOVE to get an earlier date. Your help would be so nice here.

When I go online and click "reschedule" it says I must first cancel the appointment. But I don't want to lose the October 1st date and have to go even later....what is the way to do it?

Thank you

I think it's smarter than that. I had to create a login so it knows who I am. I wonder if anyone else has ideas? I will try to call them as well I think.

You have to cancel before you can see the schedule online. You can just call the appointment line several times a day if you like and inquire on an earlier appointment. If there is one, they will cancel your old appointment and book you a new one. You or your beneficiary can call. Good Luck. I tried for 2 weeks andcouldn't get earlier, partially because of the weather..
