Question about I 130

Hi, I am filling I-130 form, just a question about column 15, where it asks about Name and Address of present employer, there am I suppose to write my husband's employers name or my employers name? I am the petitioner and my husband is the beneficiary. Another question I had was in column 13, where it say my citizenship was acquired through-I have checked the box Parents, as I was born outside of US and My dad is an US citizen. He had got a consular certificate of birth abroad, is this the certificate of citizenship and should I write the number for the same in my I-130? Thanks a lot for your help.

1 - for 15, this is beneficiary's employment (hubby's)...

2 - you are US citizen by birth abroad (through parents), your certificate information should be enough..
