I am just about mailing my packet 3 and I was wondering if the waiting time to book an interview there is still 2-4 months ? I was under the impression that they are not that busy lately since they received my petition on Aug 3rd and sent out packet 3 on Aug 8th...

We sent our Packet 3 and received Packet 4 (email) on the 8th. At the time the only 2 days available for an interview were September 17th and the 24th.

August 2010 Meet playing world of warcraft.

Our K-1 Journey:

March 6,2012 Filed for K-1 Visa, sent I-129F

March 12,2012 NOA1 received

July 11,2012 NOA2 email received

September 17,2012 Interview <3 <3 (APPROVED)

September 19,2012 Received Passport and POE !!! Home Sweet Home

October 13,2012 Married <3 <3

Our AOS Journey

October 29,2012 Mailed AOS packet to Chicago Lockbox

October 31,2012 Lockbox Received

November 2,2012 NOA-1 (EAD and AOS)

December 20,2012 Biometrics Appointment

January 16,2013 EAD approved/received

i mailed in Packet 3 on August 7, I received my Packet 4 letter yesterday and booked my appointment, the earliest available was Oct 1

Wow that is really fast ! Let's hope it will stay that way for awhile ! I mailed packet 3 this morning so hopefully i'll be able to book an appointment for october :)
