Immigrating from Ethiopia - Which DATEs to use???

I am attempting to complete the various form for immigration from Ethiopia to the USA.

Google searches have turn up denied cases in which an Ethiopian has attempted to change the Birth date due to the difference in the Ethiopian and Gregorian calendar.

I don't want to make a mistakes.

When completing the various forms, should I use Gregorian dates (converting from Ethiopian calendar to Gregorian calendar)?

If I use Gregorian, will this raise concern if the date on the Birth Certificate is compared to Gregorian date since these dates will be different.
