Hi guys, what address do I put at the top of the new letter of intent to provide with packet 3....is it the Sydney Consulate?

yup, the consulate to which the alien is going to do his/her interview

3/28/15 NOA1 Received in the Mail

4/28/15 Biometrics Apt.

11/13/15 ROC Approved

11/18/15 Approval Letter Received

Haven't been asked for one yet, but I have read that a lot of people here have written a new one, so thought it would be a good idea to do so.
