Hello every one, its another new month - August. It will be a month of positives and good luck for us all, just like May was. June and July was not so fantastic as it were. I have been in the NVC stage since 29th of May when my NOA2 was approved. Thankfully my case got completed today after such a long wait. The issue i am having now is that my case is on hold at the NVC and they cannot schedule an interview due to the reasons i am about to explain to you all.I have been resident in the UK for 5 years. I opted to be interviewed in the UK for my green card, but the NVC required me to send a proof of domicile in the UK to them. Lately i have been having issues with my resident permit which involved me appealing to the visa tribunal in the UK. I have been to court and i am awaiting the verdict on this. In the meantime, my case at the NVC is on hold and i dont know when the judge in the UK will get back to me. With regards to proof of domicile, first question is , will the NVC accept tribunal appeal letters and then continue the scheduling of my interview or they will require an actual visa in the country where you claim you are domiciled.Another option for me is to request the NVC to continue scheduling my interview in Lagos Nigeria, my country of birth, but aha...Lagos being a high fraud consulate, i have not done a good job at front loading evidence of our relationship both at the USCIS and NVC stages because i thought my interview was going to be in London. Second question is, now that my case is complete at NVC and on hold, is it too late to front load evidence of continued relationship like pictures, trips, hotel bookings, phone logs, bb logs and monies i sent . OR i should hold on to this and have all these handy when i go for my interview in Lagos?hope my questions are not vague. I apologies if this question has been repeated and answered on another thread. Many thanks in anticipation of your answers...

Hi Imanco. First I want to congratulate you on your case complete. Second, since you case is complete, you will not be able to front load at this stage and you will need to organize and take all of your evidence to interview with you. And last, since your case is so complex, I would encourage you to ask the other questions in the NVC thread where you can get more exposure and a broader audience that may be able to help answer you quicker.

Hope this helps a little.

It's too late to send anything to NVC. I know people who did not front load their petition in Lagos who got approved. Their spouses went to the interview and described it as a conversation between friends. They showed all they were asked for and answered all the CO's questions. I have also seen people arrogant that they had everything under control be denied. There is no clear cut formula.

You could just request Lagos and use it as time to see people you haven't seen in awhile and may not see for some time as well as get the interview out of the way. And just so you know, London is no guarantee either. You have to prove the validity of your marriage no matter where you go.
