Ukraine PCC from India

I have applied for my husband’s I 130. Now I am required to submit Ukraine PCC at NVC since my husband lived in Ukraine for 6 years. My husband is Indian Citizen, so according to NVC my husband has to get his Ukraine PCC from nearest Ukraine embassy in India. He called Ukraine embassy in Delhi to find out more information about the process of getting Ukraine PCC, but embassy people didn’t give any information. My husband emailed Ukraine embassy, but never got any reply back. Does anyone have to face this problem? What did you do to get Ukraine PCC from India? What documents my husband needs to take with him if he goes to Delhi to get his Ukraine PCC? Our file is still in NVC due to not having Ukraine PCC. Thanks for help in advance.

Not sure about the documents, but why doesnt your husband just go to the embassy himself in Delhi? He should have no problem since he is a citizen of Ukraine, maybe they would be more willing to help if he went there. Playing phone tag with these people is impossible. Best of luck :)

09/27/12 NOA1 hardcopy recieved
09/27/12 Case transferred to another office for processing (Jurisdiction)
10/03/12 Received notice of transfer. Transferred to NBC in Missouri
10/03/12 Checked USCIS.gov/Notice of transfer to another USCIS office for processing
12/19/12 NOA2!!!!!

01/07/2013 NVC recieves the case
01/24/2013 Got the Case and IIN #
01/24/2012 E-mailed DS-3032

01/24/2013 AOS bill invoiced
02/07/2013 DS-3032 e-mail accepted
04/15/2013 AOS and IV fees payed

05/15/2013 AOS and IV packages sent

05/29/2013 CASE COMPLETE

06/04/2013 Interview date set for July 30th 2013

07/27/2013 Medical completed

07/30/2013 Interview APPROVED!!!!!
