Hey guys,

I just have a question regarding the NOA2 Expiration Date. The expiration date of my NOA2 is on September 14. My interview is set on August 15. Because I am rendering 30 days notice for my work before I resign, I am planning to fly out to the States (if approved) on September 18. Will the expiration date cause me any problems? Will it be an issue at the POE?

Thank you in advance for all your help and answers!

"You donÂ’t get to choose, you just fall in love. And you get this person who is all wrong and all right at the same time. And you know that you love them so much except sometimes they just drive you completely insane and no one can explain it and the reason its so confusing is because its love. But if love didnÂ’t have any challenges, what would be the point?"

Nope. You will have your K-1 visa and I-94. NOA2 is null after you have been granted your visa. The expiration is only for scheduling your interview.
