Hello guys, I was wondering, cause my fiancee is going to use his dad as his sponsor (my fiancee is still in school and going to graduate soon). The thing is his dad filled out the I-134 part number 3 question "spouse and children going with or following" and he put none on all of the blanks. I have a child but we don't want to bring him yet until we move out of his parents house also I want my child to finish school here for at least 1 more year. Is it ok to put none there? My child is written on the original form though (the fiancee visa form). Can anyone reply with a non speculative answer I would greatly appreciate it. His dad is very busy and we had to chase him down w/ a rope to get him to fill it up. Thanks! :star:

You are ok if the child is NOT going to follow on your K visa (you only have 1 year for the child to follow you). It is not ok if the child WILL follow within 1 year attached to your approval.

If the child does not follow the 1-year K process, you will have to apply seperate family visa for the child later, which can take many years, as this visa type has yearly limits. (and as well you will have to wait until you qualify to apply for child ie, citizenship)
