I am mailing documents to my fiance today and I want to make sure I am not forgetting anything. I have the affidavit of support that I filled out along with my W-2, recent pay stub, and letter from my employer. My brother is our cosponsor so I have his affidavit, birth certificate, W-2, 2 recent pay stubs, and letter from his employer. Is there anything I am forgetting? Do we have to submit proof of relationship for the interview or is that just assumed since our petition was approved?

He should have evidence of the on going relaionship for the interview, chat logs, emails, phone records, letters, copy of your itinerary when you flew to visit, photos taken with him etc.. If you were married previously he will need a certified copy of your divorce degree also. A new letter of intent to marry, one from you and one from him. I hope I haven't left anything out. Good Luck :)

Will our son's birth certificate and pictures of us together be enough evidence of our ongoing relationship? He should still have his plane ticket from when he came to visit in February. I can ask him to print out emails.

Add anything you think would show proof. If I were you I would include your Son's BC. If you have a wedding date set and have the invitations printed you can also include that. When my fiance (now husband) was interviewed the wedding invitation is one of the items the CO was interested in seeing. Good Luck to you
