K-1 Visa Timeline:

02/11/2011 - Engaged at her house by her Godmother.

02/18/2011 - Engagement party with relatives - propose in Visayan.

02/24/2011 - K-1 packet sent.

09/18/2011 - POE, Viva Las Vegas, Baby !!!!! Home to Phoenix.

12/10/2011 - Official Wedding

07/05/2012 - Princess Rose born.

07/07/2012 - AP/EAD received.

07/17/2012 - AOS passed. (Birthday for Mama Rayos)

Dec 23, 11. met in Cebu, traveled to Balamban.

Dec 25th 11 asked her fathers permission to marry her in Cebuano. Engaged.

Jan 1, 12. Came home.

Jan 18th 12, I-129f recieved at vsc

Jan 25th 12, first noa

Feb 9 12, touched

July 2, 12 approved

July 7, 12 recieved noa2

July 16th, called nvc recieved case #

Aug 1st, CFO completed

Aug 16th, Interview date and Approved

Congrats, guys! But 1 day from submission to AP/EAD approval? How did you manage that? We applied around the same time, and got our EAD the same day as GC. And by my calculations, you only have 640 days to rest. Set a reminder for 92 days prior to the 2-year mark and file for R.O.C. Just make sure you don't mail it in even one day before the 90 days, or it gets kicked back.

It was 44 days for EAD, and 62 days for AP. 72 days for AOS. I used the I-864EZ. the adjudicator advised us to do the filing after the 90 days. (about 45 days prior would be a good target the adjudicator advised us.) I figure cinco de mayo is a great reminder in Phoenix (always a Huge celebration here since it is the last "spring" (aka "summer" elsewhere) days before the heat and humidity set in.) (another one is, just a few days after "tax day")

June 25, 2012 - hardcopy AOS, EAD, AP "NOA1"s (I-797C) received
June 29, 2012 - appointment letter for biometrics received (appointment: mid-July)
July 14, 2012 - Biometrics appointment: complete
July 18, 2012 - Case transferred to California Service Center notice received
August 27, 2012 - Combo EAD & AP card received

April 25, 2012 - Permanent Resident card (conditional) received; Yahoo!!! (no interview)

REMOVAL OF CONDITONS
March 28, 2015 - I-751 filed; sent via USPS priority mail, signature upon delivery requested
