Hi All-

Has anyone had a POE at Newark around 12:30 in the afternoon? How long is the wait? Would a 4 hour layover be enough time? Can K-1 visa holders go in the Citizens/Perm Res line?

my fiance ( now wife ) had her POE at JFK. took about 30 minutes around 08:00 AM ET in the morning.

4 Hours should be good enough i think.

Seems like JetAirways arrival time in New York. K-1 visa holders have to go thru visitor line only. 4 hours would be enough for layover even he has to change the different airport in NYC. I was at JFK airport around 12:10 pm, and it took 15-20 min to reach at immigration section, 15-20 min in visitor line and less than 5 min for stamp, fingerprint, sign, etc.
