Call and cancel your interview explaining the Sputum tests. I would not re-schedule as you do not know when your medical will be released. As soon as you are cleared then schedule. It will cause you too much anxiety with a deadline for another interview approaching if your tests are not normal.

Cancel your Interview and do not reschedule until after you have PASSED the culture test. If I am not mistaken, you can schedule up to 3 times. After the third one you will have to pay the Visa Interview fee again.

Yes you can cancel two times, and schedule a third time without penalty. And you have to cancel your interview, but you can reschedule the next one later.

Be aware that your NOA2 will have an expiration date on it, if your medical isn't done by then you may have to have the embassy extend it another 4 months, I'm not sure the procedure, but I believe it's no problem to extend your petition while you wait for your medical, if you need to.

Remain strong, it's no fun to have this delay, but even if they find something like TB, you will have to undergo some treatment, but it won't keep you from getting your visa, just delay things a bit until you are ready to come over!

Good luck!

St. Lukes will cancel your Embassy interview. When you pass your medical, then you can reschedule your interview, or you can have St. Lukes reschedule it for you.

In your case, your NOA2 will not be an issue. St. Lukes will contact the Embassy about your case, and the Embassy will routinely extend your case since they realize your case is active and moving forward.

Good luck with your medical. :star:
