Do I need the NOA2 letter or is it enough with the email?

Hi!

Today I received an email from USCIS stating that my I-130 has been approved, but the thing is that my husband (USC) and I are now living in Bratislava but we will move out of the country in the next few days and although I wrote in the cover letter to send all the notifications to my husband's brother address I'm not sure if they follow my instructions or if they sent it to the address in Slovakia. I called to USCIS service center but they told me that they cannot provide this kind of information.

So my question is, if they sent the NOA2 to Slovakia I won't be able to pick it up, do I really need this letter to continue with the visa process or NVC does not need this letter?

The address you put in the Petitioner address is where all your mail will go. And no you dont need your letter at all. Your case will be forwarded to NVC give about 15 business days

In the meantime go to the NVC Filers for July read the first post with all the guides and such you will need to get ready. You will have some time to get things together if you haven't already.
