Hi vj's.. I have a question about ds 230.. Im the beneficiary.. After filling up. And completed the form.. Should i send it to my husband and then he's the one who will send this to the nvc or should i send it directly to the nvc..? Thanks in advance for your answers guys :)

12/19/2011: Sent I-130

12/20/2011: NOA1

05/23/2012: RFE Recieved

06/06/2012: RFE Sent

Fill it out. Have the beneficiary sign it.. then have it emailed back to you, so u could send it to NVC. Your courier is more reliable than here in the Philippines :) Its best if you can send that form from there. Just to be sure that itll get to NVC quick :):thumbs:

you can directly send it to NVC to avoid any delays. :yes:

In my case, I fill up the form then send it to my hubby together with other documents needed.

and he's the one who send it to NVC.

Thank u so much guys for your information.. I would like to ask another question in filing ds230. In Question number 31a.) I will travel to the u.s with my son.. but he is not included in the petition since he has a crba and u.s passport already. What should I answer?? Thanks

Not Correct, Has to be an original Signature on it not a scanned emailed copy,so have her sign it then mail it back to the petitioner, I had her sign in Blue ink so no confusion over an original. You will get an RFE over it if they suspect it being a photocopy
