Hi..

i forget (i really dont remember if i knew it) how to check the visa availability for my case

My am F1 with priority date of 27Jul2007.

i used to know how to check the remaining time for the NVC and the USCIS.. but at this stage... which of the cut-off date is the one i have to keep the ye on it.

my father constantly call me to ask me how is this progressing that this shouldn't have take more than 5 years and stuff like that...

you have to check the visa bulletin every month, the bulletin retrogressed 2 years and the wait is almost 7 years now for F1. so you still have over a year of waiting. here is the link for December's bulletin. the priority date is Dec 2005

Thank you guys!

i have been checking the Visa Bulletings.. and for todays it says the cut-off date is 08MAR07... so its around the corner, because my priority date is 27JUL07.. is thar right? do i have to wait that date, or do i need to prapare a form, a papaer? (i am afraid to miss a request of something...)
