Hello VisaJourney, it's a little bittersweet to be back. Hope all you September 2010 POE people are doing well. It's time to kick things up again. I guess I'll start :P

We are gathering:

-Completed I-175

-Copy of front and back of his green card

-Check for $590

EVIDENCE

-Tax documents from 2010 and 2011 with W2s

-Rent contracts from 2010 and 2011

-Bank statements showing joint account

-Copy of cell phone bills with names and phone call records to each other

-Plane tickets when we visited England at Christmas

-Pictures of us in San Francisco (very distinctive San Francisco background)

-One affidavit each from my mother and father

We do not have renters insurance, life insurance, or 401K documents because we suck at being adults. Hopefully we will be OK with the documents we have, as we just started collecting today it is a work in progress (open to suggestions, TYIA!).

Good luck everyone!

Bump.. we sent the packet in yesterday! A little nervous but we've got nothing to hide!

Interesting unforeseen event: the DMV sent a letter that D's California ID card would expire, and that he needed to send proof that his conditions have been removed! (He does not have a DL - not sure if this happens for a DL?)
