recently i became us citizen and my lawyer send all the paper work like ds-230, I-864 and all other supporting documents along with my Citizenship certificate...

I called NVC after few days and they said my case is completed...and then i ask them about my case upgrade...she said its not upgraded...i told her that i did send my Citizenship certificate along with all documents and my lawyer did mention on his first page that i m us citizen now....

Right now i have email them my citizen certificate with letter...

can some one help me with this...

how long it will take get response from NVC...i have email them on 25th jun'2012...its been almost 4 days

Thanks in advance

NVC is usually fast (a week to respond) however, it seems that the case was completed already and the upgrade would have to take place at the consular level but this is just my guess...

USCIS:

09/06/11 - I130 Mailed (USPS Priority)

09/07/11 - I130 Received

09/09/11 - NOA1 via text/email (rerouted to CSC)

02/27/2011 - NOA2 via text/email/website -I130 Approved!
