Hi everyone,

Just a few question regarding change of address. Just helping my friend about paperworks. He sent the petition may 25, 2012 and USCIS received it may 31, 2012. USCIS sent a receipt june 4 but it came back due to the following reason.

- return to sender, not delivered as addressed unable to forward.

- send my friend form AR-11

USCIS re-mailed it to his PO Box address and it says he needs to fill out form AR-11. My friend didnt request any change of address. His address is still the same. HOw come they need to fill out the form? Any comments, suggestions are very much appreciated.

The in BOLD would be why USCIS sent the form. SNAFU a mishap or mistake call and get it fix
