For the I-485 I would put the PO box in the "Care of" box. On the other forms I would write my address as:

number street name, PO Box # (e.g. 1234 Broadway Ave, P.O. Box 66)

this does assume that the city name is the same. If not, I would put the name of the PO Box in the city. Our company has this problem so we use the city of the PO Box number.

You could also ask the post office if mail addressed to your pyhsical address can be redirected to a PO automatically. My old employer had that as mail was not deliverable to the physical address so any mail with the physical addrees was automatical placed into the postoffice box. The USCIS wants the physical address to show where you are living as anybody can have a PO box and not even live in the US.

Good luck,

Dave
