How long is the wait for upstate NY interviews?

I just sent my forms in today to become a citizen I am in Albany NY. Has anyone any idea how long the wait is for the interview and where my oath ceremony would be? Thanks for any help.

So, Are you telling me you are living in a capital of your state? (that is question #44 on your civic test ) I don't know how long for sure because each case will vary. But based on mine and what other ppl's experiences, overall NYS deals with the heaviest volumes of applicants in the east coast. Good luck !

I do not agree NYS has a few field offices. Even though there are tons of N400 applicants living in NYC, which causes delays at NYC offices, the situation at upstate offices in different. I live in NYS, and in my case it took only a couple of months from the day I sent N400 to the day of the interview.

And aren' t you the luckiest one took only couple of months? I said 'overall', meaning in most cases. have you seen other applicants other than yourself squared it away so fast? Correct me if I'm wrong again

My timeline is about the same as everyone else's whose local office is at Buffalo, NY

My point is that timeline at upstate offices may be different from timeline at NYC offices

Ree that was fast I read someone got sent to Buffalo for a ceremony. I am not sure where mine would be or even my interview. My local office is Latham.
