Hello,

I have received the NOA1 from California Service Center on the 24th of February, and I'm tracking my file online through the USCIS website; It's still in the initial review.. When do I expect the NOA2?

how can i check if my file was viewed and how many time etc...

It's taking forever :(

Thank You,

2/3 months, depending, check out the time lines and process centers which apply for you. It will be about 7 months for the total till you get your K-1.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

ok done

Please check and update your timeline. It is showing that your interviewing consulate is Armenia(?), is that correct? It will make your statistics more relevant with the correct consulate/embassy.

Good luck on your visa journey.

CSC is moving a lot faster than VSC, so I'd say you'll get your NOA2 this month or next.

Today I got an email from UCIS, they said Your Case Status: Request for Evidence, what is that???? we were expecting NOA2 :(

They either need additional paperwork or they need more evidence before they continue working on your case. You'll get a notice in the mail describing what they need, and after you return it, they'll begin working on your case again. As long as they have everything you need when you send it to them this time, you should then get your NOA2.

You have received a RFE (Request for Evidence). The USCIS adjudicator needs more evidence than what you submitted with your original petition. You should wait until you have the hard-copy document to determine exactly what additional evidence they want you to submit. This will delay your NOA2, the length of the delay is dependent on several factors, including, how long it takes you to respond/submit to their request, additional processing, etc. There are lots of threads talking about RFEs and delayed processing times/approvals, google to find them.

Good luck on your visa journey.

I hope so, and I have another question: Once i get the NOA2, how long would it take me to obtain the visa?

This depends on your consulate. Expect for it to take a month after your NOA2 to get your file to the NVC, and from there it will go to your consulate. Some give interviews within a month, and others take two or three.
