Hi All,

My husband and I are at the NVC stage and are preparing the AOS and the IV packages respectively. We did not front-load our I-130 petition with proof of relationship beyond what was requested at the time.

As we prepare the NVC required documents, would it be advisable to include proof of relationship information at this time, ie., skype chats, emails, photos, etc?

If we send this information with the IV package for example, will it be rejected?

Should we just wait and only bring these documents with us to the interview?

We have no red flags to speak of. We are the same age, race, and religion. I lived in his country for three years while we dated and we got married before I took another job elsewhere. Obviously to me this seems like a relatively easy case to adjudicate, but one never knows what's in the CO's mind. That's why I wanted to send along photos of us from 2009 to present as well as skype conversations and emails. I thought it would be good to send this before hand, so that the CO reviewing it would get to know us before the interview.
