I know this topic has been long debated, but I still don't know what the correct answer is.

Let's take form I-751, Part 1, full middle name. I have no middle name. I would put "none", but I know already that my GC will read "Smith, John NONE". Also, N/A would be appropriate as well because the middle name field is not applicable to my case. Same with C/O (in care of), Mailing address (if different than above), If your spouse is deceased, Other names used, Information about your children.

I don't think that putting one or the other makes any difference, but of course I don't want to mess up or delay things for writing the wrong thing. What should I put? Thank you.

My husband also does not have a middle name. On his I-751 we put N/A for middle name. The I-751 was approved and on the card it only has his first and last names. I hope this helps!
