On June 18, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations

yay just checked it today on USCIS website, GOD IS SO GOOD ALL THE TIME

Have your fiance call NVC to get your MNL#, once you have that, go to any branch of BPI and pay the visa fee ($350.00) then he (or you) will be able to set up the interview online at USEM. . It'll take a few hours or more before you'll be able to set up the interview, just keep trying and eventually you will be able to do so. The receipt you will get at the time of payment of the visa fee is so very important, you'll need that to schedule the interview online. She'll also need to have your passport with her at the time of payment.

This does not apply on OP's case since he/she is under CR-1 visa category. CR-1/IR-1 visa applicants pay the visa fee at NVC (via online), not in the bank.
