Hi everyone. we got approved last June 01 but still we dont yet have MNL Case number. When I call USEM, which name I would give to get the MNL Case number? Should it be my husband's name who is the petitioner or my name? I always give my name but no record yet. Maybe is it my husband's name?

God is good all the time..

You need to contact the NVC for your Manila case number. Their number is (603) 334-0700 and they are open from 7am-12am monday-friday. They will issue your Manila case number.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble getting the case number. Next time you call I would ask them which name they need; just explain your situation and ask them if they need the petitioner or beneficiary name. One thing I was never clear on was whether or not they needed to have your DS-230 uploaded before they generate your case number. Have you sent or faxed that to the embassy yet? You could ask them that as well. If you haven't given them the DS-230 yet I would try faxing that in and then call them back 48 hours later or something; that may do the trick for you (and it's DCF so the NVC isn't involved; just call the embassy). You and your hubby will be eating Georgia peaches before you know it.
