I wanted to see if there was anyone else who filed in June. We've been gathering everything for 2 months. I wanted to file in April. It's a pain. I mailed out application overnight on 6/8/12 and received the signature confirmation that it was delivered on 6/11/12. My fiance (Simon) is from Hereford and is here for 3 months, so hopefully the waiting process won't be too miserable.

Based on my location, it should go from Texas to Vermont. I'm curious to see the processing times. Does anyone know if the processors are assigned applications based on the beneficiary's country? I would love to spend Christmas together this year!!

I haven't filed yet but I should be sending my packet out in the next week or so just waiting on paperwork from my fiance. Unfortunately I've been reading a lot and seeing a lot of people's timelines and it looks as though the packet will not be approved for 5-6 months. All of the late December filers are just getting there NOA2. Then we still have to wait for the interview. I think we are unfortunately not going to be spending Christmas and New Years with our fiances :( Hopefully it changes and we get approved faster!

I was just reading some stuff on here about there being a delay with interviews at the London embassy due to the olympics too. Boo!!

Sent my petition off on 29th May and we just got the NOA1 confirmation yesterday (17 dayz!!!)

We estimated that we should get our NOA2 by mid October, but that's without the factors of the Vermont Centre's backlog...

That is crazy! 17 days!! We sent ours on June 8th and our check was cashed + got the NOA1 text and email on June 14th. How bad is the backlog at Vermont? I thought they were generally the faster one?
