hie im new here

my fiance had his k1 interview today and the CO was very dismissive and basically looking for a reason to deny. finally he gave my fiance a form with a 221g requesting my college transcripts to see what classes im taking, my pharmacy school application and proof of my health insurance. btw my fiance and i have no health issues and he passed his medical.

brief background: i am a college student, co-sponsor was my parent and income alone is significantly above poverty level, i did have health insurance but im no longer covered for 2months now ( but how would he have known that), my fiance and i have a solid relationship known each other for 10 years but have dated for 2 years, we have pictures, emails, skype, whatsapp, phone records, facebook, which he didnt even ask for.

my question is whether it is standard for health insurance, college applications and transcripts being a reason for 221g?
