Suing process against company in Brazil

Guys,

I have a doubt. The company where I work at is just not doing things right. I havent gotten paid for the last 60 days and stuff. So I am willing to sue them because of that since its my salary and I have worked. What I wanna know is If I could actually have any problems with the K1 visa because of that. We have our NOA1 and are waiting on the NOA2 and I want to start the suing process this month. Does anyone know or have been there too?

It should not affect your dealings with the US immigration. Yours is a civil suit in another country where you are the plaintiff. It has no bearing on your immigration proceedings,
