hello, i have a question i plan to file a petition for my fiancee in russia before people warn me about scams i know all about it we've together for over a year and we have met in person on her first visit here and we've gone on vacation together as well pictures messages etc we have it all. my question is she has applied for an f1 visa before to take english courses she was denied as the co said believes because she graduates school she won't come back and denied her based on 214b will this effect her being able to get a k1 visa or not?

It wont affect it as long as she discloses what happened. If she trys to hide or lie about it then it will affect it.

the co basically said because she was graduating her university that she would leave and not come back. how could she lie about that so you're saying it shoudln't effect her at all?

There will be a question on the interview paperwork if she ever been denied Visa to the US. Make sure she answers honestly. As long as you relationship is legit, and you have evidence it should not be a problem at all.
