My wife got her GC on April 6th this year through Employment 3rd category. I got deported with 10 yr Bar on Nov 29, 2010. I understand that I need to go through I-212 & I-601. But before any of that she had send an I-824 for follow to joint to start a case. A week after she got her GC the company that she works is given her 24 hrs of work per week after working full time. My question is, will that interfere with my process? Does she needs to work full time? And if so, how long she needs to stay at that job so that my process will be accepted by USCIS? or will she need to find another job of the same type? Thank you all for your answers.
