Dear Friends,

Thank you all for your support; I know YOU my friends advised me to submit the original documents like Birth certificate from KMC (old one because now NADRA issues) and Nikkah nama (in urdu and English). As I told you that I am also preparing my NADRA bIRTH CERTIFICATE AND MARRIAGE REGISTRATION so should I sent my both thses docs too or keep it with me and hope that the original birth certificate (METROPOLITAN ONE) and Nikkah nama (URDU+ENGLISH) ORIGINALS will suffice thier query which I recived.

I have sent already my updated DS230 with my sign in Part 1 and original birth and marriage certificate plus original police certificate to my hubby to reply on RFE recieved from NVC. Sending the Nadra BC and MC will need more to reciev by my husband and I dont want to waste time now....I have also prepared a cover letter as below, please go through it and let me know if any corrections required or any other proof do i need to submit along with my RFE to NVC attn to DR as I do not trust my lawyer now.

The information you are providing seems to be sufficient. However if you feel the addition of the NADRA documents will clear the RFE or be of more use then just wait to add those additional docs. But I think you should be fine, the Uscis Just needed a birth and marriage certificate that is in English, which you are providing.

Good luck!
