Hi VJers,

My wife has her permanent green card, but her son arrived to the USA (on a K-2 visa) almost 1 year after my wife, so I must apply for removal of conditions for him separately. For my wife, I sent in lots of documentation regarding our marriage, but I don't know what kind of documentation I should send with my stepson's application. Does anyone know if documentation is necessary if his K-1 mom already has her permanent green card? If documentation is necessary, does anybody know what I would need to document for my stepson to have his conditions removed and receive his permanent green card? Any comments will be appreciated.

Thanks,

Tom
