i am probably posting this in the wrong thread. so let me apologize for that prior to asking my question.

okay so as you can see from my timeline in my signature i have applied for an replacement I-94 using fromI-102. so far we havent recieved nothing from them yet. interview is coming up so. so my question is

is it wise to submit an FOIA and wait the 20 days and pray we get it in time for the interview or take the passport stamps showing he legally entered and explain to the IO that we tried months before to get the I-102 and were unsuccessful.( also taking reciept notices and RFE with us). we are preparing our documents and that the only think missing. I am going crazy. As you know time flys and June 26,12 is right around the corner. please help if you can or have an answer. we are desperate to know our options :help::help::help::help:

you r in the right forum.

I think you will be fine, the I94 is used to prove that you entered the country legally and to show the period of permitted stay in USA. since you have the stamp on your passport , I think you should be fine, it's totally up to the officer , and I think except if you have a mean one, he/she should understand your situation. what to take with you, of course take the passport with the entry stamp and the I102 receipt. because the only thing which matters to them that you entered the country legally. and the officer has all the resources in his/her computer to check.

I thought they had stopped issuing a seperate paper I-94 and were just stamping them now? I could be wrong...

I think the stamps and explanation sound fine...

July 2005 - met my awesome, hot, amazing love in Lousiana.
