this is what i seen when i checked my case online,i was wondering if my EAD was approved or not ?

Application Type: I765, APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Current Status:

On October 11, 2006, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.

05/02/2007 Driver's License - Passed Road Test!

05/27/2008 Lifting of Conditions sent (TSC > VSC)

07/08/2008 INFOPASS (I-551 stamp)

07/08/2008 Driver's License renewed

04/20/2009 Lifting of Conditions approved

04/28/2009 Card received in the mail

Why would the USCIS order a card for you?

USCIS has done their job, now yours is to (please) update your timeline

when i got the REF It says you are ineligible for INTERIM after 91 days after recieving the REF thats what they said so maybe they wanna send me this EAD card while my actual EAD will arrive its been a month they recieved the REF so its 2 months to go .

This is not an INTERIM EAD. They resumed processing of you EAD after receiving the RFE response. This notice is exactly what it says. No need to add further interpretation.

That email means your EAD has been approved, regardless of what it said on your RFE notice. You'll be getting your card shortly.
