sorry to bother you, i am just confused and need some advice. i live in the same house with my parents and will need them to be a co sponser in order to be above the poverty level. I am filing a I-864, howeverI which form should my parents each file, i had them fill out I-864As and have three years tax transcripts already done. for each of my parents.

i just keep reading about this and that evidence of relationship etc. im confused so i wanted to see if i am doing this correctly. additionally where does it say i need to prove that i live with my parents?

I-130 RFE : N/A

Yes, the I-864A is correct. You need to prove (1) the relative's relationship to you, and (2) that you live in the same household. If they are your parents, your birth certificate qualifies to satisfy (1). For (2), you can submit copies of mail, bills, etc. that your parents have received at the same address as you.
